Witnessing

Witnessing was created by the artist at the age of 18. The painting is in memory of the family of the artist who perished in the Holocaust. The children depicted in the painting are witnessing the past, and at the same time they are focusing their vision towards the warmth and radiance of the sun, in hope of a future that is filled with light.
