Art verses War

Dear ones,

Today has been a challenging day… therefor being creative and doing my artwork, has been less on the agenda.

We heard that Iran, Syria and Lebanon all want to strike us here in Israel, simultaneously, within 72 hours!!

Today’s war with social media is crazy, nowadays you can even follow the time span of a rockets path.

Last time they sent 400 rockets attacking us in Israel, they said it would around within 5 to 8 hours!!! Freaky!!

How can one feel or act in such a situation. I guess the immediate reaction is fear, anxiety and bewilderment, the other option is to stay in a trusting mode…

that miracles may be granted and in hope the rockets will be intercepted in time or fall on open spaces, G’d Willing.

Reading Psalms for Protection and many prayers are so important during these pivotal times.

May the Heavens protect us, may HaSHEM-G’d, grant us the protection we need.

I am not sure when Israel went through such a difficult year. Where so many families suffering, if it be families of the hostages

or families who lost their dear sons or daughter in the war, or their children being mutilated and wounded during the 7^th of October massacre….

So much pain and the to have been in a constant state of war for 10 months, is a lot to witness and feel. Many are also so so traumatized.

We hope that this war be the last war, and that a long lasting solution will finally emerge.
